• We currently ship pan-India only.
• Free shipping & packaging on orders above ₹999.
• Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days of confirmation.
• You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partner, typically an additional 3-7 days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 5-7 working days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
• To start a return, email us at contact@aglaonematech.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund — please share photos of the issue when you write in.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
